FV house

FV House, Milan
Located in the city centre of Milan, an apartment with not much character and with an unhappy layout was completely redesigned dismantelling the internal walls. The only features that the project retained from the former layout are the structural pillars. A central island, containing facilities and a fitted wall, is the pivot of the new fluid distribution of spaces. With this solution, the original constraint, constituted by isolated pillars, was turned into a design opportunity with character, providing formal and functional improvement to the apartment.
